As a Procurement Business Partner, you will be responsible supporting in development and ensure communication/implementation of global and regional PL strategies to maximize PL efficiency. Reporting to European SCM IM&S Manager, you will be implementing category strategies for indirect materials and services locally in close alignment with the regional/global Category leader. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Consolidating local requirements and providing local benchmarks on demand
- Providing country specific requirements and demanding patterns relevant for an RFQ process
- Onboarding and de-sourcing suppliers according to the sourcing strategies and ensures that ERP-System updated in a timely manner
- Implementing of supplier evaluations and supplier qualification programs
- Running regular review meeting with local suppliers as defined by respective category leader
- Creating local contract amendments to frame agreements, ensure that local regulatory guidelines are enforced and adhere to
- Coordinating implementation of SCM initiatives locally (process improvements, tool implementation)
- Solving day-to-day cost/quality/scheduling issues with suppliers as defined by respective category leader
- A Bachelor or master’s degree in related field
- A proven track record of several years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- A solid understanding of contract management and project management
- Good understanding of local regulatory guidelines. Good project management and communication skills
- SAP Knowledge. Result and teamwork-oriented approach as well as people management skills
- Global mind-set with a passion to work with diverse cultures
- Very good knowledge of English and local languages (spoken and written)
